Jonathan Rea (Honda) pulled away from the pack to finish over Eugene Laverty (Aprilia) in race 1 at Silverstone yesterday, with Leon Camier (Suzuki) finishing third. In race 2 Loris Baz (Kawasaki) took the win over Jules Cluzel (Suzuki), while Eugene Laverty finished third. After 9 of 15 rounds, Guintoli still has the championship points lead.

if we notice, they really put the clamp down on preceding’s in the wake of Russia and the antonelli fatality. those red flags did not suffer fools. kudos to the Silverstone stewards for proper marshaling.
Crazy weather to run a road race in. Couldn’t tell who was going to win the 2nd race ’till the end. Chaz got screwed with 4 laps to go. 8^ (
