Tamada Doubles at Sugo WSB

Honda rider Makato Tamada, not a WSB regular, took both victories at the Sugo WSB round today. In race one, he was followed home by new WSB points leader, Troy Corser (Aprilia). In race two, the entire podium was filled with local Japanese riders. Ben Bostrom (Ducati) was the first non-Japanese finisher in race two with a fourth place.

Corser takes a twenty-two point lead over Troy Bayliss (Ducati) in the championship. Bayliss had a horrible day while finishing outside the top ten in both races.
