Carmichael (250) and Stewart (125) Win in Phoenix

Ricky Carmichael won his first supercross race as a member of team Honda this evening in Phoenix, Arizona, defeating second place Travis Pastrana (Suzuki) and third place David Vuillemin (Yamaha).

Vuillemin maintains his series points lead in the 250 class over Honda’s Mike LaRocco, who finished fourth.

The 125cc main event was won by Kawasaki’s James Stewart. Travis Preston (Honda) finished second, and Rodrig Thain (Yamaha) finished third.

Round 5 of the series returns to Anaheim, California next Saturday.
