Honda’s Ricky Carmichael won his second straight AMA Supercross event this evening in San Francisco ahead of Yamaha’s Chad Reed and David Vuillemin (second and third, respectively). While Carmichael had a relatively easy race, both Reed and Vuillemin recovered from poor starts to make the podium.
Kawasaki’s James Stewart won his third race of the year in the 125 Western Regional series ahead of second place Matt Walker (Kawasaki) and third place Chris Gosselaar (Honda)
Carmichael leads the AMA 250 Supercross series, while Reed continues to lead the FIM Supercross GP series. Stewart stretches his lead in the 125 Western Regional series.
