Defending AMA Superbike champion Mat Mladin won the Daytona 200 Superbike race today, finishing ahead of Jake Zemke (Honda) and Miguel DuHamel (Honda), in second and third, respectively. Mladin cruised home with a seven second gap over second place Zemke, after both of the Bostrom brothers left with mechanical problems earlier in the race.
In the 600 Supersport final at Daytona, Yamaha’s Jason DiSalvo finished ahead of the Kawasaki teammates (and brothers) Roger Lee Hayden and Tommy Hayden, in second and third.
