On a wet track in Germany, Marc Marquez (Honda) rode to pole position earlier today. Qualifying second and third, respectively, were Danillo Petrucci (Ducati) and Dani Pedrosa (Honda). Factory Yamaha riders Valentino Rossi and Maverick Vinales will start tomorrow’s race from the third and fourth row — having struggled on the wet track. Follow this link to the Q2 qualifying results.

My goodness, look at the lean angle in that pic. I’d have probably already let go of the bars, kicked away, pulling my bottom leg out, and tried flattening my body on my back, arms outstretched for the long painful slide.
