Noriyuki Haga (Ducati) and Chris Vermeulen (Honda) battled in both races at the Silverstone round of the WSB championship today, with Haga taking the Race 1 victory over second place Vermeulen, and Vermeulen taking the victory in Race 2 over Haga. Finishing third in Race 1 was Pierfrancesco Chili (Ducati), with Regis Laconi (Ducati) third in Race 2.
