Italian bike maker Moto Morini have debuted two new models powered by the big 1,187cc v-twin previously seen in their Corsaro. Tuned for mid-range torque, peak power is 110 bhp.
Both the Milano and the Scrambler feature new steel trellis frames and swingarms. Both models also feature fully adjustable forks and shocks, as well as four-piston radial calipers squeezing dual 320mm front discs with ABS.
In addition to styling and ergonomic differences, the Scrambler’s 17″ wheels get Pirelli Scorpion Rally STR tires capable of good traction off-road.
No word on availability or pricing, or whether either model will eventually make it to the U.S. market.

The orange one has angles reminiscient of the V85 Moto Guzzi
It can’t be coincidence that designers on different continents are coming up with the same chopped off rear end, goofy lic plate holder at the same time.

I kind of doubt it will come to the US, and Moto Morini, while a storied name, isn’t one synonymous with reliability, it is a good looking bike and would be a fine rental along the Mediterranean for a week.
That red Milano looks similar to but much better than the new Kawi Z900RS.
My nearest dealer is across the pond. Too long of a boat ride for servicing.
Morini goes in and out of business on occasion, right now they seem to be doing well. The company is Italian owned and the bikes are “100% percent Italian” according their website.
More good looking Italian..? motorcycles.
Hopefully we’ll see this, or one of its descendants, one day in the US.

I don’t quite get the notion that these are dated designs (?) As far as I can tell, these were just designed recently for new release. They look completely new to me.

Wow, that’s kind of hard on my eyes. If they wanted to capture early 70’s look, they accomplished it but the styling to me looks pretty outdated. I wish them luck.

I was riding in the early 70’s and all the bikes had rear fenders. This no rear fender craze will never look right to me. JMHO. I,too, am surprised to see a new Moto Morini.

Just kidding (sort of.). I didn’t realize this brand was still alive. Is this a resurrection by a Chinese or Indian OEM? Or did they never officially go away?

Nice looking ride. Love the old 3 1/2 paint scheme. I hope Morini can survive. The more iconic and historic Italian brands the better.
