The same three riders filled the podium in the same three positions following both superbike races at Virginia International Raceway today, but the big winner is Mat Mladin (Suzuki), who clinched his record-setting fifth AMA Superbike title by finishing sixth in race one.
The podium for both races consisted of Miguel DuHamel (Honda – first place), Aaron Yates (Suzuki – second place) and Ben Bostrom (Honda – third place).
