Ricky Carmichael (Suzuki) took yet another victory tonight in the AMA 250cc Supercross series in Indianapolis – his fifth in a row. Second place went to Yamaha’s Chad Reed, with Kevin Windham (Honda) finishing third.
The Indianapolis Supercross was also the first round of the East Coast 125cc series, and the win in that class went to Suzuki’s Davi Millsaps, followed by the Kawasaki of Grant Langston. Josh Hansen (KTM) took third.
Carmichael extended his hold on the 250cc points lead with his win tonight, while Millsap’s win gives him the lead in the East Coast 125cc points.
