Argentinian WSB Results (Both Race 1 and Race 2)

Jonathan Rea (Kawasaki) has already clinched an unprecedented fourth WSB championship in a row, but he isn’t through setting records. In Argentina this past weekend, Rea won both races, giving him ten straight WSB wins – surpassing a record jointly held by Neil Hodgson and Carl Fogarty.

Filling out the podium behind Rea in Race 1 were Marco Melandri (Ducati) in second and Toprak Razgatlıoğlu (Kawasaki) in third. Race 2 saw Xavi Fores (Ducati) come home second just ahead of Melandri in third. You will find full results for Race 1 here and Race 2 here. For additional details and points, visit the official WSB site.

More rule changes next year to bunch them up – and give a chance for ducati to catch up.

Wish Kawasaki is given a free reign to fully develop the ZX. It may appears on the starting grid of motogp if Kawa can make it competitive.

Have to agree – boring. Great for Rea and Kawasaki but not for spectating.

Whats happened to Davies? Seems to have lost “something”…..

I think he’s just taking it easy and avoiding injury until next year. Ducati will be debuting their V4 1000 next year. It wasn’t legal to race this year because they were only selling a 1,100cc version of that bike.

Yawn fest. Great for Kawi and Johnny Rea is amazing, but I sure miss the “old days” when it was more competitive.

Wow, 2019 cannot come fast enough for Ducati and their new V4. For as good as Rea and Kawi have been, I would not be surprised to see the new Duc really shake things up next year.

Fell asleep half way through each race.

This is the first time I can recall (not that I follow very closely) a non-KRT Kawasaki finishing high in the order.
