The first half of the superbike double-header at Barber Motorsports Park this weekend finished today with Suzuki’s Ben Spies taking the win over teammate Mat Mladin. Finishing third was Honda’s Jake Zemke. Spies and Mladin are tied for the championship points lead going into tomorrow’s race.
