After a bit of a drought, Yamaha’s Valentino Rossi won a MotoGP event today in Jerez. A close-fought battle with Honda’s Dani Pedrosa ended when Rossi slowly pulled away to a comfortable margin near the end of the race, leaving Pedrosa to finish second ahead of Rossi’s Yamaha teammate Colin Edwards in third.
