Honda’s Davi Millsaps became the fourth rider this year to win a Supercross main event last evening in San Diego. A wet, slick track saw several riders crash, including Ryan Villopoto (Kawasaki) and Ryan Dungey (Suzuki), who finished in fourth and sixth place, respectively. The podium was filled by Josh Hill (Yamaha) in second and Ivan Tedesco (Yamaha) in third. Dungey has a slim points lead in the championship over Hill.
In the Lites Western Region, Kawasaki’s Jake Weimer took another win and streched his points lead. Finishing second and third were Cole Seely (Honda) and Wil Hahn (Honda).
