Chad Reed is “Mr. In Control”. Always smooth and fluid . . . rarely looking like he is riding on the edge. That is about to change.
Thanks to a seventh place finish in Seattle last weekend, Reed trails James Stewart by three points with two rounds remaining in the AMA Supercross series. Assuming that Stewart will finish no worse than second in each race (a pretty good assumption), Reed must win both races. No more riding around in second place hoping James will make a mistake (which he does on occasion). Reed needs to find another gear, and put Stewart behind him before the checkered flag in Salt Lake City and in Vegas.
