Championship points leader Jorge Lorenzo (Yamaha) won the MotoGP race at Le Mans, France, earlier today, finishing just in front of his teammate Valentino Rossi and third place Andrea Dovizioso (Honda). Former champion Casey Stoner (Ducati) crashed and did not finish, as did rookie Ben Spies (Yamaha).
