James Stewart (Yamaha) bounced back to take another win in the AMA Supercross series over second place Chad Reed (Suzuki) and third place Broc Hepler (Yamaha) last evening. Reed had won two races in a row prior to New Orleans. Reed continues to hold the series points lead.
In the Eastern Region Lites main event, Austin Stroupe (Kawasaki) took the victory ahead of second place Brandon Jesseman (Kawasaki) and third place Blake Wharton (Honda). Series points leader Christophe Pourcel (Kawasaki) finished fourth last evening.
